Landscape Tanks Pty. Ltd. Directors have spent considerable resources seeking Australian and International patent protection and several patents are pending. Patent Application No 2008202061, International Patent Application No 200990414, Australian Innovation Patent No. 2012100331 and Australian Provisional Patent Application No. 2012901182. The Australian Federal Government is supporting this project through the COMET program. Design Registration and Trade Mark applications have also been lodged.
